Rendering display， vivo X90 系列擁有黑色、light blue、Three colors of red，其中黑色和淺藍色的背面採用玻璃材質，而紅色的版本則採用素皮材質。
目前新機已經開啟預約，預約頁面顯示 vivo X90 系列將包含X90、X90 Pro and X90 Pro + 三個版本，爆料顯示分別將搭載天璣9200、Dimensity 9200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship platform。此前官方已經確認，vivo X90 系列將全球首發天璣9200 芯片。
Image aspect， vivo X90 系列採用蔡司一英寸T * main camera，搭配全新自研芯片V2。據爆料者 @Ben Geskin 此前爆料，該機將配備5000 萬像素的索尼IMX 989 廣角鏡頭作為主攝，輔以48MP 的IMX598 超廣角鏡頭、50MP 的IMX758 人像鏡頭、64MP 的豪威OV64B 長焦鏡頭，支持100 倍數碼變焦。
